POLICIES FOR EESYSTEM SESSIONS
- All sales of individual session hours and/or packages are final and non-refundable.
- Senior & Veteran special packages are not shareable with non-senior/vet family members.
- Once in the EESystem wellness space, we ask that all mobile devices be turned off or put on airplane mode. If you must use a device, please leave the room and use hushed voices in the waiting area or go outside of the building.
- The best way to experience the benefits while in the EES space is to take the time in your session to rest. Sleeping, meditating & silent prayer are all wonderful ways to spend your time while you are in the EES space.
- Do not move or rearrange any furniture in the EES space.
- Please refrain from wearing perfume or fragrances.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
- It is very important to detox after each session. Please take a detox salt bath or foot bath within 24 hours of your EES session.
CANCELLATIONS AND LATE FEES
- 8 hour notice is required for sessions of 2 hours or less.
- 12 hour notice is required for sessions that are 3 or more hours long.
- Cancellations not made within the above required time are subject to a ** $20 per session hour fee. (eg. late canceled 3 hour session = $60.00 fee) **Fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
- To cancel, you must call The Frequency Bar at 803 226-0787 and leave a message. Social Media, texting and emailing are not recognized ways of canceling a session.
- Your session is reduced any amount of time you are late for your appointment.
- Anyone found touching or interfering with any part of the EESystem will be asked to leave, have their membership revoked, not receive a refund for any unused time, charged a $3000.00 (three thousand dollar) fine (for recalibration of the system) and will not be permitted back to The Frequency Bar.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I understand that products and services offered by Pillar Ministries support the body, mind, and soul’s natural ability to create wellness in my life. I understand that Pillar Ministries facilitators do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that energy healing, or any service provided by Pillar Ministries does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physiological or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that energy healing provided by Pillar Ministries can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. Pillar Ministries is not liable for my medical, mental, or emotional conditions before, during, or following any service provided by Pillar Ministries.
I take personal responsibility for my well-being and with respect for myself I gratefully accept control of my choices. My heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and I hereby and forever release, waive, and discharge any claims against, Pillar Ministries, and/or any of their associates or affiliates. I take full responsibility and am responsible for all liability for loss or injury incurred while in association with Pillar Ministries and/or any of their associates or affiliates.
I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content. I am aware that this is a waiver and release of potential liability and a contract between the above noted parties and myself. I understand that this contract is binding and acknowledge that I am signing this of my own free will.
